These are the exotics that absolutely broke the game of Destiny. From the days of exotics like Twighlight Garrison, Bones of Eao, Obsidian Mind to Orpheus Rigs, Wormhusk Crown, and more in year 1 of Destiny 2. It wasn't until Forsaken that we would really see the game of Destiny get smashed into the ground. Anteus Wards, One Eyed Mask, Ursa Furiosa, Shards of Galanor, Gwisin Vest, Phoenix Protocol, Controverse Holds, and way way more. Bungie has had their ups and downs with exotic armor over the years, but in Beyond Light they have hit a stride with exotics like Cuirass of the Falling Star, Star Eater Scales, Boots of the Assembler, and more. This era of Broken and busted exotics may never return again, but we can bask of the glory of what once was the good problem!
