Ever wondered how to play through a II-V-I progression? Are you lacking the fretboard knowledge to do so? How about Jazz guitar improvisation?

Maybe all you need if a few guidelines as too what notes "are the good notes" ... ?!

In this video, I'll demonstrate :

-Three useful chord voicings
-The basic arpeggio
-The "right" scale to use

... for each chord included in a good old II-V-I.

Namely : Dm7, G7 and Cmaj7.
(key of C)

With this kind of material in hand (and ears!) you can basically play and improvise over most jazz standards in the repertoire. After you have this under your hands, you can go on and create your own solos in no time.
