If we are trying to determine whether someone is a narcissist, most people make it more complicated than it needs to be, when the reality is, that there are no blood tests or checklists to detect narcissism, even therapists will use the observable behavior and attitudes that a person presents, so once you know the signs, and you are able to observe the person over a period of time, a simple duck test will do.
