Transfer Station Compactor Ram and Cylinder Rebuild

This transfer station compactor call came in as a hydraulic leak — and once we got into it, we found a large failure on the cylinder, damaged ram, and severe wear on the hold down bars. Years of hard cycling had taken their toll.

What we did:
→ Pulled and rebuilt the failed main cylinder
→ Fabricated and welded a new top plate on the ram
→ New hold-down bars for proper ram guidance
→ Full reinstall, tested and back online
