Ring Face Pull Tutorial

Internal rotation of the shoulder is a demand that we place on our bodies time and time again in calisthenics progressions. Without properly developing the inverse movement (namely external shoulder rotation), and acknowledging any imbalances, we will limit ourselves and expose our shoulders to likely injuries.
