The plaintiff says she and the defendant got engaged just months after they met, but she found out he cheated with his ex. She admits she then cheated with her ex as revenge. She’s suing the defendant for unpaid rent. The defendant says his ex pepper sprayed him when she found him at a hotel, so he’s countersuing for emotional distress.
