Transferring Calls On The 3CX Desktop App V18

The Desktop App has a user intuitive interface, making transferring calls simple. Incoming calls are displayed as pop up alerts on the right hand side of the screen, without distracting user. This pop up will allow you to answer or decline the call. Once the call is answered, you will have choice of many actions such as hold, mute, new call, conference, transfer, attend transfer, record, keypad and video.
