Alex Montalvo was at the County Commissioners meeting on 4/14 and decided to completely change his allowed two minutes of public comments a month to deride what had been presented. I watched it too (on the live stream). There were analytical problems throughout. It was a 🤯 moment and Alex verbalized it perfectly.
