Testing All Wrong-Pocket TMs in Pokemon Silver (1)

One example of this is at 4:11:08 (Proof of concept based on code by Crystal_ and others, found here https://pastebin.com/y3SJ4ZqV Specifically, "Pk♀?:AB" to set current state to biking.

With the right arrangement of tiles onscreen, it's possible for execution to slide past it and execute the species bytes of the party pokemon (at address DA23).
With the correct species of the first three pokemon in the party, ACE is possible.

Also note that the pokemon in the party after the three that encode the jump instruction do not matter. (i.e. You can have more than just these three pokemon in your party, and party count can hypothetically be anything).

Setup 1: Jump to Pokemon #1 (Jump to Quagsire holding whatever)

Setup 2: Jump to PC Items (PC Item 2 quantity)
