Britain's National Health Service Cares for 60 Million People

As the United States debates health care reform, VOA looks at other national health care systems around the world. Britain's National Health Service was created in 1948, in the wake of World War II, and it guarantees health care for all of the nation's 60 million people. Jennifer Glasse reports from London on the advantages and drawbacks of the British health network.
