Ingredients : Makes 20 - 22 piece

For the dough:
4 cups of all purpose flour
1 to 1 & 1/4 cup of warm milk
1/4 cup of white sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 & 1/2 tsp active dry yeast

For the filling:
500 gr of pitted and ground dates
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Topping :
egg wash : 1 egg + 1 tbsp of milk
1/4 cup of toasted sesame seeds
