When we give ourselves love and care, we give ourselves inspiration and creativity.

When we experience happiness and joy, that sparks inspiration within us which is then reflected in the art we make.

Feeling uninspired? Increase your love, happiness, and joy, especially in the small, everyday things.

Some ways to give ourselves more love, care, and joy:

✨Sunshine
✨Cuddling the ones we love
✨Making a beautiful cup of tea
✨Taking a needed nap
✨Purchasing an art supply we want to try
