Tomato Beef & Eggs 番茄牛肉炒蛋 || Quick & Easy 20 Minute Chinese Food Dinner Idea

This is a very famous and classic Chinese dish that I grew up eating in my family, Tomatoes Beef and Egg (番茄牛肉炒蛋). It is super easy to make and the ingredients are inexpensive and healthy!! It has lots of flavors and it goes exceptionally well with Jasmine rice. (Seems like a lot of the dishes I make in this channel pairs well with rice. Well... I do love rice!!) Ingredients & Price:
• 3 tomatoes - $1.25 (seasoned with 0.5 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of honey)
• ½ pound of beef flank steak - $3.50 (marinated with 1 tsp of salt, 1.5 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of corn starch, 2 tsp of black pepper, 2 tsp of soy sauce)
• 3 eggs - $0.30 (flavored with 0.5 tsp of salt)
• 2 cloves of minced garlic
• 1 tbsp of chopped ginger
Estimated price of this dish = $5.05

Portion:
This dish feeds 4 people! I usually like to meal prep it for dinner and save the leftover to pack for my husband's lunch on the next day!
