Spices:
Sulphur salt (kala namak): optional, gives it an eggy smell and flavor
Mushroom powder or Knorr cube: add to your desired salty taste
0.5 - 1 tbsp of smoked paprika, curry powder, onion powder, spicy crushed pepper, dried bay leaves.
