Costa Rica's Tenorio Volcano National Park is home to one of the most beautiful rivers I have ever seen - Rio Celeste. Rio Celeste is famous for it's surreal blue color, and the photos don't lie. It looks like that thanks to quirk of the water's acidity and the aluminum silicates entering the water from the volcano underneath.

To reach Rio Celeste, you must enjoy a brief hike through a lush, tropical rainforest that looks like something you've seen in a National Geographic magazine.

Afterwards you can stop at one of the nearby sodas (restaurants) like I did and enjoy a well-earned meal and a delicious pineapple mango juice.
