Covid Travel: Flying LOT to LCY via Vilnius

This is another flight report showing pandemic air travel. This vlog shows my flight in late October 2020 from Warsaw (WAW) to London City (LCY) via Vilnius onboard LOT Polish Airlines. At the time, more restrictions were continuously put in place and returning to the UK required self-isolation upon arrival for 14 days, but no covid tests were required. While transiting in Vilnius, I was required to complete a questionnaire (something similar to a Passenger Locator form) despite only transiting and I was not allowed to leave the transit area, otherwise I would have to quarantine in Lithuania. This flight is one of the unusual routes operated by LOT Polish Airlines and it is possible to fly to London Heathrow directly from Warsaw. At that time, flying into London City was only possible when transiting in Vilnius. Overall, I had a great flight, well organised and also not many passengers on both flights, so social distancing wasn’t a problem.
