One X2 enhanced with Topaz AI - A trip to low light London

A short video of a trip in London was filmed on the Insta360 One X2 in 1080p. This was then enhanced with Topaz Video AI. Typically I would export the video at 4K (even if it contains 1080p footage). However, I do wonder if the upscaling in the editor means that the differences are harder to spot between the normal video and the video enhanced by Topaz Video AI. Is using Topaz AI with the Insta360 One X2 is a good option? Please let me know what you think.
