Climate Dive into WA Premier's Electorate of Rockingham (longer version) Feb 29, 2020

This Leap Year’s day (29 Feb) Western Australian Premier Mark McGowan, was invited to leap out of a plane and dive under the ocean with climate activists in his electorate of Rockingham.

Called “Climate Dive’ the event involved participants skydiving, scuba diving or freediving while carrying model CO2 molecules, to convey the message. ‘C02 must take a dive.'

Climate Dive' organizer Paddy Cullen said he hoped the action would spur the Premier to take a giant leap away from fossil fuels and into a renewable economy.
