Hey guys, it's Parker Pannell and in today's video I was chased down by a package thief and got caught in the act. In the last video, after stealing a baitbox, the stalker found me even though I went to my friends house in the middle of nowhere. After reading the scary notes he left, I decided I have to agree to meet up with him and make sure he stops following me. I need to keep me and my family safe.
