Episode 1: Intro to the El Monte Project Series - THoM Tuning

The first-generation Chevrolet Monte Carlo was always thought of as the gentleman's muscle car. That’s why when it came time to update my 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo for daily driver duty I did what any good car guy does – I contacted some buddies, made a plan and set out to update my car for performance, safety and reliability. Welcome to the first episode of The House Of Muscle Tuning in Association with Car Craft Magazine, the show where we showcase, test and tune some of our favorite cars in the hopes of obtaining some serious performance. In this, our first series, we’ll update my daily driven Monte Carlo with the hopes of making it into a certified freeway flier.
