DIY REFLEXOLOGY PATH | Garden Foot Acupressure

Acupressure is traditionally believed to help people ease arthritis and other illnesses. In fact, the are sandals being sold in the market which has spikes that target acupressure points in the sole peoples' feet.

There are also areas in some parks which they called reflexology path or pebble garden.

On this video, we are making our own version of a reflexology garden path.
