Why do Standard Draft Boosters still have high print runs? No one is buying them...

Draft boosters used to be the bread and butter of Magic the Gathering. Now with Set Boosters and Collector Boosters and Draft events not supported or promoted by WotC, is there really any reason to print these in high numbers anymore?
