Even before we'd heard of COVID-19, there were people living on the edge in Canada. More than 3 million Canadians live below the poverty line and about 4 million had inadequate access to food. Now, they're slipping further. Allison Vuchnich reports on the vulnerable who live on the margins of society, and need help now more than ever.
