"Masturbation" Feat. Jafra Bryant

I believe masturbation is self love and self care, but there's a stigma around it that makes (some) people feel ashamed.

I struggle with this. Growing up in a strict religious household has made me feel uncomfortable of the idea for years. I'm trying to shake that off, because it's a beautiful thing to understand and love your own body.

Since Jafra always talks to me about masturbation, it was appropriate to share with her my own insecurities.
