Yamaha Young Performing Artists 2017 - Stephen Morris

Here's my performance from the 2017 Opening Concert for the Yamaha Music For All Summer Symposium at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana performing the Wayne Shorter tune "Black Nile" arranged by one of my favorite drummers of all time, Jeff "Tain" Watts! It was an amazing experience I am incredibly grateful for, and it was inspiring to work with some of the faculty from the Jazz Department at Indiana University along with the other YYPA winners and wonderful people at Yamaha.
