I Love My Pilates - Total Body Workout (2008)

Hi again.
This is another one of my Pilates DVDs I own in my collection of home workouts, originally purchased from a Goodwill store in Frisco, Texas. I remember this as one of the first workouts that I purchased from a thrift store, and it originally was a two disc set. Only Disc 2 (the Total Body Workout) was included in the set, so I used the other slot inside of the case to store another DVD. Technically, this is a DVD that is broken up into 10, 20, 30, or “full” workouts, with each workout being in its own video file. However, the same workout plays for all four options on the main menu so that the producers can make this a convenient way to do parts of the workout if you are short on time.

A 7 Day Meal Plan is advertised as a bonus feature on the DVD, and there’s a little slideshow of different daily meals plans and recipes that you can make at home. I will make that video unlisted after I upload it:
This video serves as a historical reference and documentation of a discontinued or hard-to-find fitness program. It aims to showcase the style, structure, and training approach of this routine for educational and archival purposes. At the time of uploading, the program was out of print and challenging to access through conventional retail channels. This upload is solely intended to preserve and document this workout for historical reference.
