THROWBACK TOURNAMENT!
Ateneo de Manila University Blue Eagles participated in the 41st William Jones Cup 2018 in Taiwan (New Taipei City Xinzhuang Stadium) on July 14-22, 2018. The ADMU Blue Eagles faced several professional & national teams, from Chinese-Taipei(2), Canada(1), South Korea(1), Indonesia(1), Lithuania(1) & Iran(2).

Participating Teams are:
Ateneo de Manila University Blue Eagles (Philippines)
- A collegiate men's varsity teams of the Ateneo de Manila University that play in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines, the premiere collegiate league in the Philippines.As of the year 2019, Ateneo has 57 combined NCAA (25) and UAAP (32) basketball titles, which include championships won in men's, women's, juniors' and midgets' divisions.

Chinese Taipei Team White
- A 2nd team pool of Chinese Taipei men's national basketball team. Composed of next generation young prospects from Taiwan. Their William Jones Cup best finish was in 2004 winning 1st place against South Korea.

Chinese Taipei Team Blue
-Main Chinese Taipei men's national basketball team that composed of veteran players.Chinese Taipei's fourth-place finish at the 1959 FIBA World Championship is the second best finish of an Asian team at the World Championship. Their William Jones Cup best finish was in 2001 winning 1st place against South Korea.

Iran National Team B
- A 2nd team pool of Iran men's national basketball team. Composed of next generation young prospects from Iran.Their main national basketball team have 5 championship in William Jones Cup (2009,2010,2011,2013,2015)

3D Global Sports (Canada)
- A basketball program based out of Toronto, Canada that further aims to develop, compete and gain exposure at the highest levels allowing Canadian Athletes to follow their dreams and make them come true.Toronto 3D specializes competing in major international tournaments including William Jones Cup and further FIBA Cups in China against NBA D-League, Australia, Lithuania, China, South Korea and Japan.

Japan National Team B
-- A 2nd team pool of Japan men's national basketball team. Composed of next generation young prospects from Japan.Their main national basketball team have 4 bronze medals in William Jones Cup.

LSU-Atletas (Lithuania)
-A professional basketball club that is based in Kaunas, Lithuania, the club is affiliated with the Lithuanian Sports University. Currently the team plays in the Regional Basketball League, in the past Atletas participated in the LKL and the Baltic League.The NBA center Žydrūnas Ilgauskas represented Atletas at the very beginning of his career.

South Korea National Team
-A main team represents South Korea in international men's basketball competitions. It is administered by the Korea Basketball Association.The team has won a record number of 24 medals at the FIBA Asia Championship.They've a total of 2 gold,7 silver and 6 bronze medal in William Jones Cup since 1978.

Indonesia National Team
-A main team represents the Republic of Indonesia in international basketball competitions. The governing body of the team is the Persatuan Bola Basket Seluruh Indonesia. Its biggest success was the gold medal at the 1996 South East Asian Championship.
