बच्चे का सिर नीचे (Head Down) आने के 5 संकेत!
गर्भावस्था के आखिरी हफ्तों में शिशु का सिर नीचे की ओर (Head Down Position) आना सामान्य प्रक्रिया है, जिससे डिलीवरी आसान हो जाती है। लेकिन कैसे जानें कि शिशु इस पोजीशन में आ गया है? यहाँ 5 प्रमुख संकेत दिए गए हैं:

पेट का आकार नीचे की ओर झुकना – जब बच्चा सिर नीचे कर लेता है, तो पेट का ऊपरी भाग हल्का महसूस होता है और पेट नीचे की ओर लटकने लगता है।

गहरी सांस लेने में आसानी – शिशु नीचे खिसकने से डायाफ्राम पर दबाव कम होता है, जिससे सांस लेने में राहत मिलती है।

पेल्विक एरिया में अधिक दबाव महसूस होना – बच्चा नीचे आने से पेल्विस पर दबाव बढ़ जाता है, जिससे हल्का दर्द या भारीपन महसूस हो सकता है।

बार-बार पेशाब आना – सिर नीचे आने पर बच्चा ब्लैडर पर दबाव डालता है, जिससे पेशाब करने की इच्छा बढ़ जाती है।

चलने में बदलाव – पेल्विक क्षेत्र पर दबाव बढ़ने से वॉकिंग

स्टाइल (Waddle Walk) बदल सकता है और हल्की असहजता महसूस हो सकती है।
