Former MP for Anglesey Keith Best on UK federalism, "the 'f' word in British politics"
Keith Best is the former MP for Anglesey Ynys Môn. He was a member of the board of Federal Union. He talks about the issue of federalism in the UK.
He asks, how would a federal UK look? He maintains that the UK is inevitably moving towards a federal system but that there are considerable barriers to it. There are 25 federal countries today.
In 1987, Keith Best became the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the World Federalist Movement, and took up the role of Secretary in 2018.
