The light I tested from this 24 pack only drew 13.5 watts when starting up, and 12.8 watts after heating up. (Not the 16+ watts the box claims.)
I have no way to test if it is actually putting out 1500 lumens or not.

The power factor of the light bulb is 0.82, so the volt amp draw was 16.6, but the actual watt draw was lower.

[It visually appeared to be very bright, so even if it is not a full 1500 lumen, it is probably close, and would certainly be a "75+w equivalent" if not the full "100w equivalent".

So it really comes down to if you like the 5,000 K color temperature (Daylight, a very cool white) and if you actually need 24 light bulbs all at once.
