A day in the sheep shed

Swift the border collie sitting at the door! I got to the sheep shed and found a group of the ewes were out. I put them back in the right pen but didn’t notice I missed half of them behind me! I think I must need glasses. I then tidied up the centre section of the shed.

More snow today. I think went and got two bales of silage and the bale unwinder to take back to the sheep shed. Back at the sheep shed i took the plastic wrap off and unravelled the bale down the left hand side of the shed. I then got another bale and did the same on the right hand side of the shed. On the right hand side I then forked it into the feeding troughs. A shot of a slurping ewe!

Warming up at lunchtime!

After lunch I pressure washed the snacker to reveal it’s colour again - red! I filled up the Manitou with diesel and did the bedding in the sheep shed and cow sheds.

Last thing I fed all the ewes.
