Costume Designer Alexandra Byrne
Academy Award-winner Alexandra Byrne shares her long journey into Costume Design. With a growing passion for design, Byrne studied Architecture and worked in the Theatre industry for over 15 years. Eventually Byrne followed her colleagues into the TV and Film field working in the Costume Design industry. With a deep understanding of the importance of research for her work, Byrne has created highly celebrated costumes for three Elizabethan era films including, "Elizabeth," "Elizabeth: The Golden Age" and "Mary Queen of Scots."
