MAKING CHICKEN CORDON BLEU FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!
Hey guys, this is the cooking stream I did live on Twitch. This was my first time cooking these recipes. This video is meant to be fun and goofy. Not trying to be a professional cook but other than that, hope you guys enjoy!

Ingredients:
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4-6 slices Swiss cheese
4-6 slices of ham
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon paprika
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
1) Pound chicken breast flat. Layer one slice of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on top. Roll up chicken breast and secure with a toothpick.
2) Mix flour and paprika. Coat the chicken with flour and paprika mixture.
3) Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until brown on all sides. Add white wine and chicken bouillon cube. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from the pan. Cover with aluminum foil to keep warm.
4) Blend cornstarch and cream together until smooth. Stir into skillet with pan juices and bring to a boil. (you may have to remove clumps of cheese that has melted out of chicken)
5) Serve on the side with the chicken.
*Side Dishes We Had: Hawaiian Rolls, Oven Baked Veggies With Garlic & Butter and Near East: Rice Pilaf (Garlic & Herb)*
