National City: I-805 Road Rage Incident 03152022

We do not have a lot of details, and we do not know what direction the 2 drivers were heading on the freeway. The two vehicles collided when one was attempting to merge into a traffic lane. and both drivers pulled over.
The male driver of a silver/gray Toyota Camry grabbed a baseball bat and attacked the other male driver.

The suspect then got back into his car and fled the scene. The victim drove to the Sweetwater Road “Park & Ride’ and called 911. Paramedics checked out the victim for his injuries from the attack and they were minor. The victim was not transported to a local hospital. The CHP is investigating the incident.
