Here’s why we still want physical buttons for basic car controls

This is why we want physical buttons, if the infotainment system freezes or fails you lose a lot of functionality of your car. Check out this 2024 Ford Escape ST-Line Elite, its Sync 4 system froze up and stopped functioning, locking out all heating controls, including the heated seats and steering wheel. Please stop putting everything in the infotainment system.
