1) Alex, You talk alot about creating a Super Valuable Lead Magnet before ever starting to drive leads and traffic. As Affiliate Marketers, our main objective is to create an email list, since we don't have to worry about fulfillment.

The question is this how can we create a lead magnet as an affiliate for a high ticket product thats valueable to gain the trust of our subcribers.

But at the same time getting our list to purchase the high ticket product we are affiliates for. An example of some of the leads magnets that are popular now is a step by step ebook or a Free step by step course. The issue is, most of the time people don't go through the "FREEBIES"

2) Once We have a dialed in Lead magnet ready to go. The next step in the process is getting people aware of the lead magnet and why it would help them solve their problem. So for most of my students, they are starting by creating content from scratch.

I know you always talk about doing more reps to get better but besides that. Could you give us a framework of how you would start growing a social media account from scratch, What kinds of videos would you post. Story telling, tactical, motivational? I know that you had already done alot in business so you had tons of knowledge when you starting creating content. So whats the process of growing a brand without any experiance or credibilty.

3) I have had the opportunity to meet Ryan Maggin in a mastermind. And he mentioned that alot of the short form content he recommends to create should be things that people can relate too.

For example Broad and general topics that most people can resonate with.

Would that also work for someone wanting to get started from complete scratch to build an audience or would you start with niche specific topics?

4) When it comes to content, I always teach my students that long form content is King, especially when it comes to creating YouTube Videos. I teach them that starting a channel from 0 requires them to rank low compeition keywords to start growing. I have personally been able to grow my channel to 70k subcribers but purely with search based content. I feel like my channel has been in a plateau for the last few years. I think its because I only focus on search. What type of content can I start making to grow my channel besides search. I noticed your channel doesn't really focus on search. What is the process for long form YouTube Videos to get YouTube to "Suggest" the videos...

5) I loved the chapter in 100 Million Dollar Leads on COLD OUTREACH and thank you for giving us all the scripts so we can implement tactically.

Did you use cold outreach to recruit affilitates to promote ALAN or Prestige labs? I remember when I was partered with a Ninja Gym locally, they wanted me to promote prestige labs.

But that was one of the gyms that was following your gym launch program.

Do you have a specific cold outreach framework you use to get affiliate to promote?
6) I love how you always talk about LEVERAGE. That is a concept that I always think about personally in my business. How can I do something once and let LEVERAGE do all the hard work.

Now as a content creator, what is the highest leverage thing we can do to stay relevent and continue growing. I feel like alot of people will burn out creating content. For me personally I will create a Super Valueable Long form video on YouTube, Make shorts from that, Create Facebook Posts to get people to that video, Emails About the YouTube video. But how Can someone use leverage to product even more?

7) In your 100M Leads book you talk about creating an affiliate Army. Which is something I have done myself. Over 30,000 affiliates are signed up to promote my products and we have paid out over 2 million dollars to affiliates..

The problem I am seeing is keeping affiliates. I feel like alot of them will tend to jump from program to program. Which is completly ok, I understand the game.

But what can I do to keep affiliates for the long term.

Here are some of the things I am doing: I give up plaques when people hit certain milestones, I do contests with big prizes a few times a year, I create white label courses and lead magnets constantly. And I just added a sales team to help them close sales on their behalf.

But I feel like I am missing something that will keep them for the long term.
