This twist on the classic Ramos Gin Fizz gives cherries the starring role. Like the original cocktail, this one takes a bit of effort to shake all the delicious ingredients together, but it is well worth it.

Recipe:
1 egg white
2 oz Hendrick's Gin
juice of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lime
1 oz cherry juice simple syrup
1 oz cream
2 dashes of cherry blossom hydrosol
Club Soda

Instructions:
Dry shake all ingredients.
Add ice to shaker and shake vigorously.
Strain into a tall glass.
Top with club soda.
Garnish with orange twist.
Add straw for sipping.
