From messy to marvellous, cleaning up the seating area!

This week in the cottage garden, I took on the task of revamping the seating area, transforming it from a cluttered mess into a cosy oasis. The weathered Adirondack chairs received a fresh coat of paint, breathing new life into them. I also carefully potted up some dahlia tree tubers, eagerly anticipating their vibrant blooms. And to my delight, the long-awaited moment arrived as the tulips finally burst into colourful blossoms, adding a burst of cheer to the garden. As if that weren't enough, I also planted a beautiful Achillea gifted to me by my friend Karen.

The paint used is B&Q GoodHome outdoor paint in the shade Kinsale.
