I am the youngest in my family and I was always taken care of by my sister, brother, and parents very well. I also moved out and lived in HK at 19 and stayed there for more than 10 years. My life in Hong Kong was so busy, I mainly ate out. So I never had the time to learn cooking skills. However, after entering marriage and motherhood, I knew it was time to learn ASAP. I wanted to provide the most healthy and family-like environment for them. It took me some time and many unsuccessful attempts, and I am still in the process of learning how to be a better cook. So don’t fret guys. It’s ok. Have an open heart and don’t take it personally when ppl say your food doesn’t taste good or doesn’t eat it. With practice, everything gets better. I am much more comfortable with my cooking now. Hope I can share some easy recipes with you guys. The more the merrier!
