This Tree Has Gotta Go! Chain Saws and Chippers, oh My!!

The Bradford Pear tree is not a part of the natural ecosystem here in the Myrtle Beach area, anytime the wind blows they break big limbs and create a huge mess, not to mention how ugly they are when this happens.

So..... we get rid of them whenever possible.

The county had a bunch of them along the highway coming into Myrtle Beach and after a few limbs breaking off during some not so heavy winds, they decided to remove them all. Not sure when people started using them around here.

This tree has been a huge problem for us since it's so close to the pool. Leaves and flowers clog up our filter overnight.

It's Gotta go !!!

Now we have about 6 more to go throughout the property. This will give our Crepe Myrtles room to spread out and flourish. And unlike most in this area, We Do Not Commit Crepe Murder by topping the tree at the end of the season.
