The swivel seats are an especially important part of the build as having the ability to turn them around not only opens up the living space of the van entirely, but also provides 2 very comfortable seats for guests to chill in. Despite many sources saying this would be a tough install, we found that it was rather easy. The most difficult part by far was figuring out how to route the wires in a way that they wouldn't get caught by the turning chair. The particular swivel seats cost about 230 per chair, which is pretty average across options, and in my opinion are 100% worth it.

The next part of the video addresses a difficult decision that I had to make regarding this factory floor that came installed as an addition to my van. The problem is that although the floor is very sturdy and durable, it doesn't have any sound deadening or insulation below it, so I had to make a call whether to leave the well installed floor in there, or take it out to put deadening and insulation and risk that we wouldn't be able to get it back in.

After considerable research on the Promaster forums, I made the call to attempt the removal, and am very happy that I did. With some careful and tedious work, as well as some purpose made hack tools, we were able to successfully remove the floor with minimal damage to the wood.
