Edit: As it turns out it is a hybrid between tray mount and top mount since the plate also connects to the bottom case with five screws. I have not opened mine so I have not seen this first hand. Apologies for this mix up. (Thanks to Mil for pointing it out)

Edit 2: Update: After three weeks of daily use, another crack appeared at the upper left corner of the board where the top and left side meet. NK did say in an email that it's due to the overtightening of screws and affects 20 percent of boards. That is a high defect rate. I guess the screw on the backspace area was too tight causing too much pressure on the right side that caused the crack. NK did say that they fixed this issue but this only shows that the material used here is quite brittle. Please take note of this when buying.
