How to Install double glazed windows

Installing double glazed A+ rated windows yourself is perfectly doable, if you follow a few steps.

We replaced our own double glass with A+ rated glass. These quality double glazed windows are filled with argon gas or krypton gas.

You place the window in the frame on plastic bridging packers. You also use plastic packers between the window and the frame.

You stick high-security glazing tape on the glazing beads and the frame.
We placed three windows. On two windows we placed ventilation.
What else do you need? A piece of compriband, swell tape or joint sealing tape. It is the same, but has several names.

By the way, we found out that glass beads abroad are often placed on the inside, and in the Netherlands on the outside.
