Hu Tao's banner rerun is only a few days out now in Genshin Impact. As a current F2P player, it can be hard to decide who to spend your primogems on. Should you pull for Hu Tao? Try to get her C1? Skip her? Or maybe go for the Staff of Homa...

Well it doesn't help when there are so many characters potentially coming in the future. Obviously, there is still some time before it's their turn, but if you really one want one the potentially new characters, or a rerun of Xiao/Ganyu, you need to be frugal with your primogems.
