30 sec - squat hold
30 sec - jump rope single leg (right / left)
30 sec - pushups
30 sec - jump rope boxer skip
30 sec - speed skaters
30 sec - jump rope boxer skip

Rest 10 sec between exercises
Rest 1 min between circuits
Complete circuit 2-3x
