Cradle Crucifix Submissions

This cradle crucifix entry and control is really one of my favorite things, particularly for this submission sequence. The cradle variation of the crucifix offers extra restrictive control while isolating the arm with the legs, giving you the potential for the straight arm lock, Americana or Kimura, based on the energy they give you.

This was a random moment in a seminar I was teaching on guard passing, of all things at @billjiujitsu in Jacksonville, FL. Fantastic people and awesome place to train there.
