Is this what you want to do? Do you have a lawyer that supports this and has done this kind of thing before?" And I responded, "Yes. I heard David Loy and Mitra Ebadolahi at the San Diego ACLU Office claim their support for this battle and I'm happy to be found guilty and appeal to the Supreme Court with their help. I read a case where they tried overturning the Border Patrol's implementation before but didn't have the necessary tools to do so.
