Soya Chunks: 150 gram
Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder: 1/2 tablespoon
Chat masala powder: 1 tablespoon
Ginger garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves: 2 to 3 tablespoon
Curd: 4 tablespoon
Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
All-purpose flour or maida: 3 tablespoon
Corn flour: 3 tablespoon
Rice flour: 2 tablespoon
Black salt: 1/2 tablespoon
Salt: According to taste
Oil: For deep fry
