I sadly do not know where thisfilm was taken.

The film maker never listed the places that they filmed when this was created.

This movie was converted into digital from 8mil cini flim that is over 40 years old.

I belive it was Somewhere in the Neatherlands, Holland, Europe because of the Windmills.
When I know more I will add more information.

This film footage was produced over 50 years ago By Mr E. S. M Slomczynski when he was in the merchant navy for 3 years.

None of the reeels where date stamped or have any information with them to let the viewer know where the footage was filmed

Sadly he passed away before these films could be converted from 8mill cenie film in 2024.
IF he had still been alive he would have been 73 years old in 2024.
