"Monkey Food"! Danish Fruit Salad with Chocolate! Kitchen hygge in Denmark

How to make Danish Fruit Salad! Or "monkey food" as it's called by Danish kids! Spoiler: contains chocolate! So yummy!

Want to make your own vanilla cream? Whip 2 pasteurised egg yolks with 1 tablespoon of sugar and some vanilla. Mix with 150 mls / half a cup of single, pouring cream. (If you want a thicker consistency, whip the cream first before folding in the egg mixture.)
